Primary Purpose:
Contribute to organisational success by delivering a seamless and engaging employee and candidate experience, ensuring operational excellence across all HR functions, and maintaining compliance with labour laws and internal policies.

Key Performance Areas: Key Responsibilities / Key Duties / Key Deliverables:
HR Operational Excellence
- Implement and continuously improve core HR processes, including but not limited to onboarding, offboarding, employee relations and recruitment.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HRIS data integrity and meeting reporting requirements.
- Implement HR policies and procedures consistently and ensure legal and internal compliance.
- Make recommendations to managers on HR operations and ensure consistent practice.
- Track and report key HR metrics.
- Assist in resolving employee relations matters in a fair and consistent manner.
- Support performance management processes, including probation reviews and performance improvement plans.
- Contribute to training and development initiatives by identifying needs and coordinating learning activities.
- Coordinate recruitment to ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience.
- Administer and implement onboarding and offboarding for seamless employee transitions.
- Support engagement and inclusion initiatives.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries.
- Monitor experience metrics and suggest improvements.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, policies, and HR procedures.
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready employee records.
- Support HR audits and implement corrective actions.
- Identify and help mitigate HR-related risks.
- Promote accountability and ethics through training and communication.
- NQF Level Seven (7) bachelor’s degree in human resources or law or Behavioural Sciences or other relevant field.
- Work Experience: Three (3) years’ work experience in Human Resources role.
- Working experience in Logistics industry will be an added advantage.
- Sound knowledge of Namibian Labour Legislation.
- Experience in any Human Resources Information System will be an advantage.
- Experience in any Applicant Tracking System or Recruitment System will be an advantage.
- HR Certifications will be an advantage.
