Primary Purpose:
To lead and coordinate the delivery of HR services across the Group by providing and enabling employee‑centred, business‑focused, legislatively compliant, sustainable, technology‑enabled and data‑driven solutions, whilst driving engagement and capability building across the HR Services team and the wider Group.
Key Performance Areas and Responsibilities:
Employee Advocacy and Experience
• Lead the provision of employee‑centred experiences
• Coordinate and resolve complex employee and manager queries
• Monitor experience trends and implement actions to enhance service touchpoints.
• Ensure all HR interactions reflect Group values and engagement standards.
• Strengthen employee trust and engagement
Service Delivery and Execution
• Oversee and implement Group‑wide HR services across the employee life cycle
• Allocate and coordinate work across Generalists for efficient delivery.
• Resolve escalated cases.
• Align HR service delivery with business needs.
• Monitor service delivery performance and drive continuous improvements.
Compliance and Governance
• Ensure all HR services comply with applicable regulations and standards
• Maintain and improve procedures, documentation, and governance frameworks.
• Oversee and implement data accuracy and record keeping
• Identify compliance gaps, address risks, and implement corrective measures.
• Support internal and external audits
Technology and Analytics
• Drive effective use of HR systems
• Ensure the integrity and timeliness of all HR data and lifecycle transactions.
• Produce clear HR service metrics and insights to guide decision‑making.
• Support digital enhancements and system improvements to streamline services.
• Use data trends to anticipate service needs and recommend scalable improvements.
Engagement and Capability Building
• Build the capability of the HR Services team
• Promote knowledge‑sharing and consistent practice adoption across Group
• Strengthen team engagement and service‑driven culture across Group
• Promote and enable Group HR initiatives
• Enhance HR capability across the Group

Job Requirements:
Education:
- NQF Level Eight (8) – Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Behavioural Sciences or Law OR
- NQF Level Four (4) or Five (5) with Professional Certificates in Human Resources, provided work experience exceeds eight (8) years strictly in human resources management with extensive experience in human resources services and oversight and exposure to senior level business reporting.
- Eight (8) years’ work experience, with a minimum of five (5) within Human Resources Department and a minimum of two at supervisory level.
- Working experience in Logistics industry will be an added advantage.
- Sound knowledge of Namibian Labour Legislation
- Experience in any Human Resources Information System or Applicant Tracking System
