Primary Purpose: 
To drive the commercial strategy and operations of Manica Group Namibia ensuring efficient and profitable management.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Optimization

• Create and implement strategies to increase revenue.
• Regularly review financial data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Optimize pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
• Predict future revenue based on historical data and market trends.
• Perform duties and produce deliverables related to revenue optimization, aligned with role purpose and within reason.

Customer Satisfaction Enhancement

• Implement and support systems to gather and analyze customer feedback.
• Develop standards to ensure high quality customer service.
• Partner with and lead the relevant businesses within the Group in ensuring successful and timely resolution of customer complaints and concerns.
• Partner with and lead the relevant businesses within the Group to continuously improve the customer journey.
• Perform duties and produce deliverables related to customer satisfaction enhancement, aligned with role purpose and within reason.

Strategic Partnerships

• Research and identify potential strategic partners.
• Negotiate mutually beneficial partnership agreements.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with partners.
• Assess the performance of partnerships regularly.
• Lead, develop and support key individuals within various businesses in the area of strategic partnerships.
• Perform duties and produce deliverables related to customer satisfaction enhancement, aligned with role purpose and within reason.

Minimum Requirements

• NQF Level Nine (9) Masters Degree in Business Administration or Commerce or related field.
  
• Ten (10) years’ work experience at senior management level with exposure to executive level.
• Work experience in working at Group level, supporting several companies will be an advantage.
• Work experience in Logistics industry will be an advantage.
